Modern applied statistics
The Modern Applied Statistics Group is embedded in LIDA and has formed successful partnerships in the energy and healthcare industries as well as the public sector, such as Leeds City Council. Several members of the group are Turing Fellows.
We host a number of post-doctoral researchers, students, and visiting scholars maintaining strong ties to the academic community as well as partners at universities in the UK and overseas.
Modern Applied Statistics develops statistical and artificial intelligence methods for a broad range of application areas.
