- Call for abstracts: Friday 11 August 2023
- Abstract submission extended deadline for oral or poster presentation: Friday 17 November 2023
Authors are requested to adhere to the mandatory abstract template and specifications as set out below in the guidelines section. - Final acceptance of abstracts for oral presentations or posters will be communicated on or before Monday 11 December 2023
- A few oral and poster slots are still available, if you would like to submit an abstract.

Times Roman Size 14, Font: Times Roman size 12, with up to 5 references in Harvard Style.
