Abstract Guidelines 

Authors are requested to adhere to the mandatory abstract template and specifications.

Please note that abstracts must be submitted in Times New Roman Size 10, in two columns and no longer than one page.  

For advance information, posters should be in the following format: A1 landscape (h 594mm x w 841mm); A0 portrait (w 841mm x h 1189mm). 

Abstract Submission

Submission deadline of 1 page abstract for oral presentation: Monday 3 March 2025

Submission of 1 page abstract for poster presentation: Monday 2 June 2025

Abstract acceptance for oral presentation is conditional upon at least one author registering for the Symposium by Monday 7 July 2025 to present. Oral abstracts without a registered presenting author after this date will be omitted from the final Symposium programme.
