Royal Academy of Engineering Research Day - Leeds City Region

The Faculty of Engineering is hosting a 'Royal Academy of Engineering Research Day' showcasing the range, reach and impact of engineering research taking place in the Leeds City Region.

The day features a series of short talks from academics and industry covering a range of engineering topics, and concludes with a presentation ‘Halley VI - Life in the Freezer’ by Michael Wright, AECOM.

Poster Session
As well as the presentations there will be a poster session and internal PhD students are encouraged to submit posters.  A selection of the most visually exciting posters will be displayed and there will be prizes judged on both technical and visual quality.  A pdf version of the poster should be sent to cpd@engineering.leeds.ac.uk by Tuesday 22 January.  Please confirm the poster title in the email along with contact details also.  Students of selected posters will be responsible for producing their A1 landscape / A0 portrait poster for display.
