Abstract Guidelines

Authors are requested to adhere to the mandatory abstract template and specifications.

Times Roman Size 14, Font: Times Roman size 12, with up to 5 references in Harvard Style. Make sure the abstract is maximum length of one page. 

Abstract Submissions

Abstract acceptance for oral or poster presentation is conditional upon at least one author registering for the conference by Wednesday 28 January 2026 to present. Abstracts without a registered presenting author after this date will be omitted from the final conference programme. 

The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
