Human Factors in Aseptic Services

About the course

This course has been developed by NHS TSET (the Technical Specialist Education and Training group) and is facilitated by the University of Leeds.

Newly developed one day course covering Human Factors in Aseptic Services. 

Designed specifically for professionals committed to advancing their knowledge and skills in aseptic processes. This course delves into the critical role human factors play in ensuring the safety, quality, and efficiency of aseptic services.

Led by NHS and academic experts, this course covers essential topics such as team dynamics, system design, developing effective training programs and the impact of human behaviour on aseptic environments. Through a blend of theoretical learning and practical applications, you’ll gain actionable insights into minimising errors, optimising workflows, and enhancing overall aseptic service performance.

Whether you're a pharmacist, technician, or quality assurance specialist, this course will equip you with the tools to lead in aseptic service environments effectively.
