Zach Welshman

Profile

I graduated from Ulster University with a BSc Biomedical Engineering with a year in industry and an international orthopedics company, specifically working on revolutionary instruments designs for total knee replacements. In my final year, I worked on manufacturing and characterising lithium doped calcium phospates for bone tissue engineering applications. My current work involves characterising variations in "non-normal" foot and ankle biomechanics using statistical shape modeling and a novel multi-body model.
