Join the University of Leeds Immunology Network to learn about the latest innovations in immunology. This year's event will mark the 40th anniversary of the first description of T cell receptor genes.
Key note speaker
Professor Tak Mak, University of Toronto
Professor Mak’s research is concentrated on gaining fundamental knowledge of the biology of cells in normal and disease settings in three key areas; biology of the immune system, biology of programmed cell death and the pathogenesis of cancer. The lab was the first to define the function of the immune checkpoint regulator CTLA-4.
