Engineering and Computing demonstrate excellence in Guardian league tables 2019

Engineering and Computing at Leeds have achieved excellent results in the Guardian University league tables 2019, and the University ranks in the top 10.

Civil Engineering, Electronic and Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Computing have all achieved top ten places in the rankings, with Civil Engineering climbing from 3rd place in 2018 to 2nd place for 2019. The results are as follows:

  • Civil Engineering, 2nd

  • Mechanical Engineering, 3rd

  • Electronic and Electrical Engineering, 8th

  • Computing, 9th

The University of Leeds has also moved up four places from last year, rising for the fourth consecutive year: The University now ranks 10th for 2019. 

Leeds also recently improved its position in the latest Complete University Guide and achieved a top three position in the Times Higher Education Student Experience Survey.
