The Energy Research Institute achieves a Green Impact Initiative bronze award

The Energy Research Institute (ERI) has recently been awarded the bronze accreditation for the Green Impact Initiative 2011/12 in both the general and the laboratory categories.

The current Green Impact Team consists of: David Haynes, James McKay, Heather Strachan (ERI Green Impact Coordinator 2010/2012), and a team of PhD students from the Doctoral Training Centre in Low Carbon Technologies.

The Green Impact Team have put in exceptional efforts from 2010-2012 to gain Green Impact Accreditation for the Institute and they say next year, they will be aiming for Silver although Gold is in their sights too!
