Equipment
Bruker D2 Phaser
- Single source Cu-Kα (1.5406 Å) diffractometer equipped with a LynxEye detector configured in Bragg-Brentano geometry with scanning range 5-100° 2θ.
Rigaku SuperNova
- Dual-source Mo-Kα (0.7107 Å)/Cu-Kα (1.5406 Å) diffractometer equipped with an Atlas CCD detector and four-circle kappa geometry goniometer. Data can be collected between 80 and 400 K using an Oxford Cryosystems 700 series Cryostream and down to 30 K using an Oxford Cryosystems Helix.
