Charisma is the Chair in Behaviour Modelling at the Institute for Transport Studies and School of Civil Engineering, University of Leeds.

Zia is the Professor of Mobility and Energy Futures at the Institute for Transport Studies and School of Chemical and Process Engineering at the University of Leeds.
