Profile
I hold an MSc in Programme and Project Management from the University of Warwick and a BSc in Economics from the University of International Business and Economics (China).
Research interests
My research focuses on digital transformation in project management. My research interests include project data analytics, project digitalisation, and the adoption of Machine Learning to improve project delivery. My work has been recognised and granted by the Turing Institute, and I am an active member of APM, PMI and IPMA. My research has been presented in BAM and EURAM conferences, and my latest research has been published in the International Journal of Managing Project in Business (https://www.emerald.com/insight/content/doi/10.1108/IJMPB-08-2023-0180/full/html). I will continue to explore project digitalisation and project data analytics from both behaviour and technical perspectives.
