Profile

I received my BA with Honors in Physics from UC Berkeley in 2020, where I worked with the Ginsberg Group as an undergraduate researcher. My undergraduate thesis investigated the self assembly of gold nanocrystal superlattices by analyzing x-ray photon correlation spectroscopy data. I then pursued my DPhil in Materials Science as a Rhodes Scholar. Under the supervision of Prof. Rebecca Nicholls and Prof. Robert Weatherup, I used density functional theory to interpret the O K-edge x-ray absorption spectra of layered lithium transition metal oxide battery cathodes. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, cooking and spending time in nature.

Research interests

I am currently a Research Fellow in the Pallipurath group, where I am developing machine learning models to better predict the co-crystallisation of pharmaceuticals.
