Profile

As the EPSRC EDI Hub+ Manager, I am passionate about inclusive workplaces, diverse workforces and creating environments where people feel they can truly belong and thrive. The EDI Hub+ is a national initiative driving systemic change in engineering, physical, and mathematical sciences (EPMS). Backed by a £2.5 million investment from EPSRC, the EDI Hub+ is tackling diversity challenges and ensuring research and innovation in EPMS are equitable and inclusive.

I previously worked in consultancy as a Senior Social Outcomes Consultant at Mott MacDonald, specialising in EDI, organisational change, accessible and inclusive design, and social impact.
