Profile
Muyassar E. Ismaeel has finished his PhD in thermofluids focusing on optimising microfluidic heat sink. He gained his MSc in Refrigeration and Air-conditioning in 2000 and his BSc in Mechanical Engineering in 1997 from the Department of Mechanical Engineering, University of Mosul, Iraq. He also worked as a lecturer from 12/2005-01/2015 in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, University of Mosul, Iraq.
Research interests
His research interests centre around the field of advanced thermofluids and thermal energy management, and especially the fundamental investigation and understanding of problems associated with the interactions heat transfer and fluid flow in porous media and microchannel heat sinks
