Hazim Hamad has started his PhD in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Leeds, UK in April 2017. He Finished his master study at the University of Baghdad also received his B.Eng. from the University of Baghdad school of mechanical. Then he worked in the Iraqi oil industry and he got a scholarship in 2016 from the British Petroleum (Bp) program to finish his PhD in the UK.
Research interests
Hazim main research interests are computational fluid dynamics, numerical-experimental fluid dynamics in microfluidic systems, design optimisation, machine learning. Currently, his project focuses on design optimisation of microfluidic systems.
