Currently a PhD student in Corrosion and Materials Science focusing on the localized corrosion of steels in sweet and sour environments of the oil and gas industry, sponsored by Shell.
MSc in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, with emphasis on hydrogen embrittlement and stress corrosion cracking on oil and gas pipelines.
BEng in Metallurgical Engineering from Federal University of Rio de Janeiro with experience in welding.
Research interests
My research is focused on studying the corrosion in dynamic conditions found in oil and gas industry.
