Profile
I am a research student undertaking a PhD in Mechanical Engineering with Professor Robert Kay. My research is centered in a Multi Axis Additive Manufacturing System where we are developing a process with wire embedding for interconnecting components that are already embedded into a substrate printed with FFF technology. The process aims to integrate 6 DoF that will allow a more complex pathing for embedding interconnections. My goal is to create a more robust system that will allow the createtion of functional mechatronic devices out of our Multi Axis Additive Manufacturing System without extra processes.
