Research interests
The main aim is to develop computational fluid dynamics (CFD) driven models of various battery thermal management systems (BTMSs) and combine these with formal design optimisation frameworks embedding formal optimisation as well as data-driven and machine learning. The overall aim is to achieve the optimum design upon operating conditions to yield a sustainable energy BTMS with minimum energy consumption and high performance.
