Profile

I'm a passionate researcher in biomedical engineering, driven by the potential of technology to improve healthcare and wellbeing. My journey began with a BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Chittagong, where I honed my technical skills and nurtured my interest in applying them to healthcare challenges. Fueled by this passion, I completed my MSc in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Southampton in 2019.

Beyond academics, I gained valuable practical experience as an Assistant Biomedical Engineer at the Chattogram Maa-Shishu O General Hospital and a Research Assistant at the Research Group to Aid Child Development (RGACD). These experiences solidified my commitment to using my expertise to improve healthcare outcomes, particularly for vulnerable populations.

Research interests

My research interests lie at the intersection of biomedical engineering, artificial intelligence, and healthcare technology development, with particular focus on cardiovascular engineering and prosthetic heart valves.
