- Thesis title: The quantitative evaluation on health conditions of shock absorber with convolutional neural network.
- Supervisors: Krzysztof Kubiak, Dr Mark Wilson, Dr. Meisam Babaie
Profile
I completed my Bachelor of Science degree (First-Class Honours) from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (June 2021). After this, I moved to the UK to pursue my PhD in the School of Mechanical Engineering under Dr Krzysztof Kubiak, Dr Meisam Babaie, and Dr Mark Wilson in October 2021.
Research interests
I am now developing the condition monitoring approach of automotive suspension parts to investigate and quantify the combined effects of component degradations on vehicle dynamics.
Research interests include: Suspension dynamics, multibody simulation, vibration signal processing and analysis for feature extraction, machine learning algorithms for classification, condition monitoring, battery development and its applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
