2nd IEEE UK & Ireland Young Professionals Postgraduate STEM Research Symposium

The IEEE UK & Ireland Young Professionals and the University of Leeds IEEE Student Branch are collaborating to organise the 2nd Postgraduate STEM Research Symposium on 23rd October at the University.

You are invited to participate at this free one day symposium. Registration and submissions are now open!

This symposium is an opportunity for early career STEM researchers, especially PGRs (PhD and MPhil), to present their research, receive feedback, network with leading experts, and explore the possibilities of turning research to enterprise. Open to research professionals and students across the UK & Ireland and beyond. The features of the symposium include:

  • Keynote Talks
  • Oral and Poster Sessions
  • Workshops
  • Panel Discussion
  • Networking
  • Awards

For an opportunity to present your work at the symposium and win an award, an abstract (maximum of 350 words) is required (full paper is not required). Authors of accepted abstracts will be invited to give an oral or poster presentation at the symposium. Postgraduate (PhD/MSc) students are encouraged to submit early stage and established research.
