Profile
My expertise relates to Computer Graphics, specifically focusing on efficient methods and data structures in the context of real-time rendering. I research new algorithms and data structures to support future advances in the field. I completed my MSc in Engineering Physics from Chalmers University of Technology (Sweden) and completed my PhD in real-time rendering at their department of Computer Science and Engineering. I have also worked at the VMML (Switzerland) and CGV (Netherlands). You can find some of my research, e.g. Clustered Shading and light scattering, adopted in quite a few current games and engines.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Philosophy (Computer Science and Engineering)
- Licentiate of Engineering (Computer Science and Engineering)
- Master of Science (Complex Adaptive Systems)
- Master of Science in Engineering (Engineering Physics)
Professional memberships
- Eurographics Member
- ACM Professional Member
Student education
I teach COMP3811 Computer Graphics, COMP5892M Advanced Rendering and COMP5995M Research Seminars. I previously taught COMP5822M High Performance Graphics (it is now merged into Advanced Rendering).
