Profile
Hui joined Leeds in 2020, bringing with him 15 years of teaching experience from Universiti Malaysia Sabah. He is passionate about helping people in need and thus interested in the development of suitable software-based solutions to support them.
Research interests
For his role, he engages in pedagogical research, which involves studying and developing innovative teaching methods, evaluating educational technologies, and analyzing instructional strategies to enhance learning outcomes
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science
- MSc in Computer Science
Student education
He teaches introductory courses on programming and databases for level 1 students. He also teach programming for data science for level 5 students. In terms of project supervision, he supervises both undergraduate and taught MSc projects.
