I received my BSc in Artificial Intelligence and Mathematics from the University of Edinburgh (2017-2021), and am now part of the UKRI Centre for Doctoral Training in Artificial Intelligence for Medical Diagnosis and Care working on my PhD.
Research interests
- scRNA/bulk RNA/metagenomic data
- Gaussian Graphical Models
- Variational Autoencoders
- And how all of the above can be used to solve problems in a healthcare context.
