Profile

I’m a lecturer at King Abdulaziz University. I obtained my Masters degree in Cloud Computing from the University of Leicester.

In February 2022, I  joined the University of Leeds as a PhD student.

Research interests

My research will investigate the use of online chatbot as an intelligent personal assistant in higher education. It explores the use of chatbot platforms to improve and encourage student interaction, learning and feedback in natural English languages.
