Research interests
Electronic transport and optical properties calculations for semiconductors, modelling of semiconductor devices (interband lasers, quantum cascade lasers, quantum well photodetectors), semiconductor quantum dots, infrared and terahertz imaging and sensing, bio-medical imaging, optical feedback interferometry.
