Research interests
My research project title is ‘Advanced Biophotonic Materials: Developing a Toolkit for Quantum Dot-Membrane-Protein Nanocomposites’, where energy transfer mechanisms between hybrid assemblies of quantum dots and light-harvesting proteins within a liposome will be investigated. Key techniques employed include steady-state and time-resolved fluorescence spectroscopy.
