Dr Christopher Tedd

Profile

I obtained my PhD, investigating the structure of prime ideals in commutative rings, and techniques available to control prime ideal structure, from the University of Manchester in 2016. I also undertook substantial investigation into various classes of partially-ordered sets (e.g. distributive lattices) and associated topological spaces.

Subsequent to this I have been employed in teaching positions at the University of Essex and at Durham University, joining the University of Leeds in 2022. In addition to teaching across a wide range of mathematical topics, I have accumulated substantial experience in designing and developing e-assessment materials for undergraduate mathematics.
