Profile
I am a PhD student in the School of Mathematics, under the supervision of Dr. Francesca Tripaldi, Dr. Gerasim Kokarev, and Dr. Benjamin Sharp. I’m part of the Geometry and Analysis group of the department. I have completed my undergraduate and master’s degrees in mathematics at the University of of Pisa.
Research interests
My research interests are in sub-Riemannian geometry, particularly in the study of Carnot groups and differential forms on them. I work on the geometry and analysis of these structures and on the differential complexes naturally associated with them. My recent work has focused on the Pansu pullback and its interaction with the de Rham, Rumin, and spectral complexes. More broadly, I am interested in how these complexes can be used to address analytic questions on Carnot groups, including problems related to currents and hypoelliptic operators on forms.
