Research interests

band structure, electronic transport and optical properties calculations for semiconductors, using effective mass, k.p, and pseudopotential methods, modelling of semiconductor devices (interband lasers, quantum cascade lasers)
growth of semiconductor devices (sensors and solar cells) using PLD and ALD
