- Thesis title: Understanding Movement and its Influence on the Tribology of the Human Hip
Profile
After graduating from Sport and Exercise Science (BSc) at the University of Leeds, I went on to complete a Masters by Research which involved the biomechanical analysis of gait when wearing an external fixator.
I have continued my studies at Leeds, currently completing a PhD in Medical Engineering. This involves investigation of the biomechanics of a number of activities and the tribological influence they have on a total hip replacement.
