The above registration fees include attendance at all sessions, abstract booklet, daily refreshments and lunches, and poster session reception and workshop dinner.  

Abstract acceptance for oral presentation is conditional upon at least one author registering for the workshop by date TBC to present the paper.  Papers without a registered presenting author after this date will be omitted from the final workshop programme.  

You are responsible for arranging your own accommodation and we have comprised a list to assist you in reserving a hotel / bed and breakfast. Please visit the Accommodation page for further details.

Payment via purchase order and invoice
A purchase order document should accompany your booking form. Our standard terms of payment are 30 days from date of invoice, however payment must be made prior to attendance. Attendance may be refused if payment has not been received.

Changes made by the University of Leeds
The Workshop programme may have to be re-scheduled or the speakers changed for reasons outside our control. The University of Leeds reserves the right to cancel or postpone a workshop, in which case fees will be refunded in full. In the event of cancellation, the University will not be held liable for delegates’ travel or accommodation expenses.

Where a delegate cancels a registration 
Substitutions from the same institute/organisation may be made at any time.

  • Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event will be refunded 80% of the registration fees.
  • Cancellations made less than 60 but more than 30 days before the event will be refunded 50% of the registration fees.
  • For cancellations made less than 30 days before the event the full fee is payable and no refunds will be made. 

Workshop proceedings for registered participants who are unable to attend will be mailed by post to the address we have on file. This will only be done once. Should you have to withdraw please ensure we have your correct mailing address.
