Anthony Wilson

After Graduating from the University of Leeds in Computer Science, i spent two years working as a software engineer for a company specialising in distributed systems. I then decided to go travelling to South America whilst working on freelance web projects at the same time. After returning, I am now pursuing postgraduate education at Imperial College London, where I am working towards an MSc in Software Engineering.

I chose the University of Leeds for my undergraduate degree because of it's reputation in world class research. I also really liked that Leeds is a campus university which is located on the fringe of a major city, providing a fantastic student experience.
The world class facilities at Leeds gave me a head start both in industry and academia. Having access to a private cloud, supercomputers and the Leeds Powerwall provided an invaluable experience. The computer vision and artificial intelligence courses and modules at Leeds are some of the best in the world. If a career in software or computer science is what you want, then Leeds is the place to start.
