I am the School’s Administrative Support Manager, which is a varied role and includes having responsibility for a range of areas including PA provision for the Head of School and reviewing and developing processes to ensure the effective operational running of the School.
My responsibilities include Human Resources matters, finance and budget matters, coordination of all Health and Safety matters, managing the administration for hourly paid staff, Estates issues (including the coordination of building repairs and maintenance of office space) and coordinating and carrying out the initial induction of new staff within the School.
My role is to ensure the effective organisation and delivery of all these services across the School.
