Research interests

My research speciality is Arabic Natural Language Processing (based on statstical Machine Learning): processing and analysing a text or "corpus" to find some useful information. My PhD research is related to the Arabic Morphological Analysers: algorithms to classify and identify tokens of the text into several categories in accordance with its morphological and syntactic functions. I am building an ensemble-based morphological analyser for Classical Arabic.
