Entry requirements

For admission to Leeds you’ll need to have successfully completed all elements of Amrita’s B.Tech. years 1-4 and achieved an overall average of 60% (applicants for the Structural Engineering MSc (Eng) programme should include a statement detailing their experience of structural analysis and structural design using reinforced concrete and steel). If you have studied in English in class XII and achieved 70% and above in CBSE board or 75% and above in state board, then these meet the English requirements for programmes at Leeds. If you do not meet the standard XII English grades then a separate English language test is required, see further information

Fees and scholarships

Once you are enrolled at Leeds you’ll receive a scholarship towards the international tuition fee, which is provided as a partial fee waiver. Please contact Professor Muhammed Basheer (Leeds) or Ms Sujatha Ramanathan (Amrita) for further information about this scholarship.
